The Firm shall conduct the Services in accordance with specifications set by the Client. The Firm shall always observe and comply with accepted payroll and accounting standards and all federal and state laws or regulations applicable to this agreement.
The Firm relies on the accuracy and completeness of the documents and information the Client provides. It may be necessary to ask for additional clarification of some of the information provided. The Firm will inform the Client of any material errors, fraud, or other illegal acts that come to our attention unless they are clearly inconsequential.
Client must provide the following documents.
Employee Hours/Salary
W4 details
Method of Payment Requested
Desired Pay Date
Cash receipts & deposit slips.
Cash disbursements & bank statements.
Check register and prior tax year return.
Business registration information
Copies of purchase/lease contracts & loan agreements
A detailed list of assets includes description, acquisition, original cost, and current value.
Other documents necessary for correct account reporting
